I don't really update this seriously anymore but I feel like I need to at the moment.
Tonight Longshot played our first show. And in doing so I witnessed how shitty people are that go to shows now. How can you just fucking sit down on the other side of the venue and just ignore the bands that are playing. What kind of respect is that? Dude you are playing at a shitty little pool hall on a sunday night you aren't in fucking TREOS your bands fuckign suck and will never get anywhere when they are filled with pretentious fuck bags. I don't give a shit if you think we are the worst band you have ever heard. Do you know how many bands I stand up and try to get into even if they do suck? Shows are to have fun not sit in little clicks and discuss how cool your fucking generic fucking hair looks. Its to support bands so that in turn they will support yours and you can maybe make friends? maybe hear some music you really enjoy?
Seriously I can't even believe how some people can act. And I would like to thank the one band that did stand up front and were supportive, you are the people who deserve to get popular and have a fanbase. Being an asshole can only get you so far. I miss 2005.

so college is in 2 weeks, thats pretty weird, but i'm living with Nick. And Jess, Zach, Wyatt, and Shiffer will all be in the city which is cool. Im not really nervous about school cause i have a feeling me and Nick are just never gonna leave our dorm and when we do itll be to hangout with our old pals. Im not saying that i dont want to make new friends but... i fucking love all of my friends i have now. Class should be cool, im looking forward to learning and shit in that environment i think it'll be a cool change of pace. i just hope i do well enough to get like a grant or more financial aid, cause even though i know my family can EVENTUALLY pay it off, its gotta suck balls for them to have 2 kids in 2 really good/expensive schools, and a spoiled 10 year old.
Im kinda dissapointed that Bear Fight actually is getting somewhat recognized and has a growing fanbase, but since were all in school we wont be able to do as much with it which sucks. Over the past year we've only played a handful of shows and wrote 6 songs lol, but i fucking love all of our songs and playing shows is so much fun i dont even want to think about never playing another show. We've recorded twice never lost or changed any members, made friends with so many bands and people. Funny that we made it as a joke to spite Cam Zimmerman.
Next week is my last week, and i got NH and 3 Bear Fight shows. So im pretty pumped. NH should be fun its just kinda a pain in the ass because i really dont care who comes cause theres just so much of us to keep track of lol.
well this was my first legit entry in like 5 years.
